Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your order or your order has been damaged during shipping,please email our Customer Service Representatives at: sports@gamedayfever.net or call us at our toll free number: 1-888-275-4466. Our customer service department will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Please note that we are not open on weekends, but you may leave a message. We will respond immediately the following Monday. If an item is damaged upon receipt, please keep it in it's original box, if possible. Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax,in the original method of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part or your item was received damaged. Customers are otherwise responsible for the return postage.

Please note that if you refuse a package you will be charged for the return charges as the carriers charge us for any returns.Your refund will be minus original shipping charges and return shipping charges.

Out Of Stock Items:

Occasionally, a popular or seasonal item may be out of stock. You will be emailed if an item is out of stock with the approximate in stock date. We will be more than happy to back order the item for you. You may, of course, cancel the out of stock item if you do not wish to wait for it to become available. If your order contains several items, we will immediately ship the in-stock items and your back ordered item will be shipped when it becomes available. No additional shipping charges will be billed to your credit card for the out of stock item. Your credit card will not be billed for the out of stock item until the item ships.
